Jennifer Schmidtbauer is passionate about closing the gap between the ways things are and the way they could be. She has been supporting people and solving problems for over 25 years in publicly-traded companies, non-profits, and government organizations. Her industry experience spans environmental science, precision agriculture, industrial manufacturing, and aerospace engineering.
Jennifer is president of Verto Consulting, Inc., and the authorized business owner of Crestcom – South Dakota. She enjoys sharing her energy and expertise in helping managers elevate their confidence and success in leading others.
Jennifer earned a B.A. from St. Cloud State University and holds a M.S. degree from the University of South Dakota.
