Tiffany Hoeft, MS, CCC-SLP, CBIS, BCN is the founder and owner of Minds Matter PLLC, an innovative brain health clinic in Aberdeen, South Dakota. A speech-language pathologist, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, and Board-Certified Neurofeedback provider, Tiffany has dedicated more than 24 years to helping people optimize brain function, recover from cognitive challenges, and reduce their risk of dementia.
After recognizing the growing need for proactive brain healthcare in rural communities, Tiffany left traditional healthcare to build Minds Matter from the ground up. Since opening in 2023, the practice has grown rapidly by combining cutting-edge brain mapping, cognitive evaluation, and evidence-based therapy with a mission to change the conversation around brain health.
Tiffany is a clinician, educator, and entrepreneur who is passionate about challenging the belief that cognitive decline is simply an inevitable part of aging. Through her business, speaking engagements, and community education, she encourages people to think differently, take action earlier, and build healthier brains for generations to come.
