Robin Jensen
Robin is the owner and founder of 605 Scoops, an ice cream truck specializing in catering to events all around Aberdeen and the surrounding communities.
Robin saw a need for a business like 605 Scoops after attending many area events and functions and seeing that there was not an ice cream vendor at these events. She had seen a similar type of business out in Washington and decided why not, let’s make it work here, but let’s make it mobile, unlike the business out in Washington. The project began last summer with the purchase of the truck and the business was officially launched on March 19, 2026, with over 100 events scheduled between March and October, with 10 events already on the books for 2027.
Robin has a background in both ice cream businesses and event planning, and has also worked for other small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
